From NewOrderOnline.com (Andrew Martin)
New Order's 2nd visit to Ireland and an altogether much more joyous occasion than their previous visit about a year earlier, in fact they're almost a totally different band. A much more expansive light show combined with a more upbeat set made this quite a memorable gig, in fact Hooky started "Age of Consent" too soon for the others liking and had to stop playing which made him laugh along with the audience!! He hadn't smiled on his previous visit! Tech problems meant that Blue Monday had an extended intro which lasted a few minutes.... Great gig, I have a few colour prints that I took that night, thanks to Stephen, keyboard player of Dublin band 'Blue in Heaven' who brought my camera in to the gig.
